Tiffany White has a strong passion to help people find healing, restoration and purpose in life through a deepened relationship with Jesus Christ.  Healthy Soul Journey is a ministry God has given her that is a unique way of reaching people who are seeking to know their purpose and maximize their potential in life, through the healing of the soul and body. In 2026, God gave her a ministry birth out of Healthy Soul Journey called, Hey Love...This is Personal.  Through Hey Love, she has herself recovered her strength and virture in losing to date 125 pounds.  She is now helping women from every background, race and culture find divine healing through health and fitness. 

A graduate of Grand Canyon University, Tiffany holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies and a Master’s degree in Professional Christian Counseling.  She strives to use her experiences, life lessons and education to help people from every background, culture and race.

Tiffany is passionate about living a life of purpose and total submission to the Will of God.  Of her many accomplishments, Tiffany is most honored to have a role as wife to her amazing husband, Charles, and mother to her children, Chrystian and Josiah. Alongside her husband, she is proud to co-pastors Lake City Church in Lake Charles, LA.
