YOU are the gift God gave to you.

During my healthy soul journey’s, I have discovered that looking into a full length mirror frightens most people. Some are afraid to look at what they have become, while some regret what they could have become. Looking into the mirror of our souls goes much deeper than making sure the outward exterior is in tact. It requires looking into your eyes and seeing the heart, mind and soul that stares back. I’m not sure what may have occurred in your life to make you discount your worth. Maybe it was the divorce, the unfaithful spouse, the childhood bully, the neglectful parent or maybe the sudden change of your normal. If anyone deserves the best you, it’s you. Your life, your mind, your body and your spirit is all a gift from God to you. More than anyone, He wants you to have the best version of yourself because that is what He intended from the beginning. I know it might be challenging and probably the hardest thing you have ever done...but take a moment and look into the mirror and see God’s intended version of you... take down the discount sign on your forehead and fully embrace your value and worth.
