It's frustrating to know that God is able to do anything but at the same time wrestle with the question, "Will He do it for me?" Proverbs 13:12 says, "Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but a longing fulfilled is a tree of life."
The waiting period is the hardest level of faith but you must endure this level to see your promise fulfilled.
Here are 3 tips for enduring the wait of manifested blessings:
1). Keep your communication open to God and to His word.
The enemy wants to keep you from the life-giving word of God, but the key to waiting is to pray and ask God for His strength and to find Hope in the Word of God.
2). Get around positive people who can inspire you to believe.
The first thing most of us tend to do when we are getting discouraged while waiting, is to isolate ourselves. Get around people who will help you believe and have inspiring testimonies of what God has done for them.
3). Be a part of something bigger than you.
Getting involved in something bigger than your problems can keep your mind off what you are going through. Join a non-profit organization, a small group at church, or volunteer for a food pantry. Giving back to others can inspire you to believe God for your own needs.
God's timing is perfect. Be encouraged He hasn't forgot.
